Within 45 days of the event, a follow up report is required including the following:

1. A copy of all receipts (signed) covering expenses
2. Travel expense - please include a copy of air ticket showing charges and destination, or if by automobile, the return distance in kilometers must be shown according to map distance @ .35/km
3. Accommodation – copies of hotel receipts are required
4. a brief report of impact of the event
